These terms govern your use of laindb.com and any preview, soft-launch, or invitation-only access to LainDB ("the Service"), provided by LainDB ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the invite list, you accept these terms.

Soft-launch nature

LainDB is currently in a private, invitation-only soft launch. Features, pricing, availability, and the demo endpoint may change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of service.

The invite list

Joining the invite list means you have asked to be notified when LainDB opens for a cohort, and you have agreed to review the pricing we announce. It does not obligate you to purchase. We do not promise a specific access date.

Acceptable use of the demo

The public MCP demo endpoint is provided as-is for evaluation. Do not submit personal data, secrets, or production-sensitive content to the demo. Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the endpoint. We may rate-limit, modify, or remove demo access at any time.

Intellectual property

The site content, copy, designs, and the LainDB name and mark are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Any feedback you send us about the Service may be used to improve the Service without restriction.

Disclaimer

The site and the demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose during the soft-launch period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the demo. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the soft launch is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of LainDB, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
